Where are we?

šŸš— From the West (Penny Farms / Middleburg / Starke)

  1. Head toward State Road 16 (SR 16) going eastbound.

    • From Starke: Take US-301 south to SR 16; then turn east onto SR 16.

    • From Penney Farms or Middleburg: Get on SR 16 east (from CR 218 in Penney Farms if coming that direction).

  2. Continue east on SR 16 toward Green Cove Springs.

  3. Drive about 4 miles east of Penney Farms/Green Cove area.

  4. The fairgrounds will be on your right at 2463/2493 SR 16 West.

Note: SR 16 is mostly a two-lane road in this area; watch for local traffic and fair event signage.

šŸš— From the East & Southeast (Green Cove Springs / Jacksonville / I-95 / St. Augustine)

Option A ā€” From Green Cove Springs (closest):

  1. In Green Cove Springs, get onto SR 16 West (heading out of town).

  2. Continue west approximately 4 miles.

  3. The fairgrounds will be on your left/right at 2463/2493 SR 16 West (depending on signage/turn).

Option B ā€” From Jacksonville or I-95:

  1. Take I-95 South toward St. Augustine/Daytona (if coming from Jacksonville area).

  2. Exit onto SR 16 West at St. Augustine Outlet Mall/CR (? exit).

    • Continue west on SR 16 across the Shands Bridge over the St. Johns River.

  3. At the first major intersection after the bridge, continue straight on SR 16 West toward Penney Farms/Green Cove Springs.

  4. Continue on SR 16 for about 4 miles; the fairgrounds will be on your left.

  • SR 16 is the main access road to the fairgrounds from both directions.

  • During major events (like the Clay County Fair), traffic can be heavy on SR 16 ā€” plan extra time.
